For many years I’ve spent about three hours a day on a train going to & from work. Like many other people I’ve spent much of it reading or catching up on sleep, but since acquiring a laptop I’ve tried to be more productive.
For a long time I was creating maps and writing code for the old Bungie game Myth and was one of the main contributors at http://projectmagma.net. Over time the friends I made through that game left for other pursuits and my interest in it became stale. Instead I became interested in the open source sim TORCS, and lately I’ve switched to a more actively developed offshoot Torcs NG. On this page I’ll discuss my progress and hopefully create some car and track development tutorials.
